I would also invest in Madame as a buff stripper. Alternatively, go for High Khatun, as she will make your team faster so you can kill enemies quicker and do not need to rely on healing. Goragorab is a mini Arbiter and pretty useful as long as he does not die. You can put your damage dealers in lifesteal gear to help with healing. Personally, looking at your roster, I would use Goragorab until you pull Apothecary.
